Saturday Fun

Have you heard of MegaZip Adventure Park in Sentosa? With three levels of challenge circuit walk, confidence jump, flying fox and rock-climbing to offer, it's an interesting place for some outdoor fun if you are game enough. If it hasnt been for the event on Saturday, i wouldnt have known of this. Great time there so let the pictures do the talking!

First attempt was the confidence jump ("ParaJump"). Would say that it is a good trial to feel what it is like to plunge 50 foot down. No pictures here as there is no way my phone camera could capture any still motion during my fall. And I did the most bimbo thing here because when i was already belted up and standing at the edge, all ready to go, I actually shouted "I am very scared!" Haha...and I only dared to step into nothing after the instructor coaxed me with "Come on, take a step forward." Haha...can you imagine that? Lol.

Next was the challenge circuit walk ("ClimbMax") where i went through the 1st and 2nd level. Totally enjoyed this! It is akin to reliving those days at Sec 3 Camp and OBS. Also, it's good to feel "young" again and to know that your legs and arms have not given up on you. Haha. Oh ya and really sweet to see a couple around their 40s or 50s doing this together too. :)

So as you can see below, the 3 levels for ClimbMax differ not only in height, but also in terms of the different sections to overcome. I struggled seriously hard through the 2nd level cuz i did not have sufficient arm power to go through one of the section.
Some interesting things that were encountered and/or came across my mind while doing ClimbMax...
Last on the list would be flying fox ("MegaZip") where it takes you from the jungle canopy of Imbiah Hill to the white sands of Fox Finish Point. No motion pictures here too. Haha.
Final note: "The before and after" (Guess which is which?) and the "I survived" pictures :)
