E.X.P.E.R.I.M.E.N.T
The first experiment was with eggplant with minced meat...even specially bought garlic and black bean sauce to cook it...BUT....it was way tooooooooooooooooooo SALTISH...AND my leftover rice was over-microoven-heated until it becomes like super hardened rice cake. ewww.
The second experiment was with fried bee hoon! Pleasantly kind taste thats just nice to go with the saltish eggplant - although i couldnt figure out if it was really bee hoon that i was cooking...it's so thick, like those laksa noodles lor (but the packaging reads "bee hoon"...hmmm)...tried also to redeem my failed attempt with eggplant yesterday so i recooked the leftover bit by adding water to it...certainly more edible than it was. phew!

hahah yea...but too bad no one bidding for this housewife on auction ;p ...quite edible? haha yea they are of course they are! you try la then we can share receipe then i go your blog and see. haha.
